One of the first things I challenged early was the product positioning. Initially, Cuanto was being shaped as another cashback rewards app with an AI chat layer. But after deeper product conversations, I saw a much larger opportunity.
Rather than focusing only on cashback rewards, I pushed for the product to evolve into a complete AI-powered shopping experience — helping users discover the best matching products online before rewarding them for the purchase.
Working closely alongside the CEO and CTO, this direction reshaped both the product strategy and overall user experience, allowing us to position Cuanto as something far more valuable and differentiated within the market.
