PromptShop team
Jack is the Founder & CEO of PromptShop. In our first call he asked about his current product and website.. I presented a complete audit outlining all of the invisible strategy and UI issues.
At a glance, the product looked polished. But beneath the surface, it was the invisible product decisions around positioning, architecture, workflows, and clarity that were affecting how users understood and interacted with the platform.
Working closely with the founders, developers, and graphic designer, I helped evolve PromptShop into something more.

PromptShop launched as an AI agent management platform. Powerful technology, but unclear design was impacting conversions. Users were navigating heavy settings and flows to manually do the work the product was supposed to simplify. New visitors struggled to understand what PromptShop did, who it was for, or where to start.
I came in to lead the next direction. Turning a feature led platform into a focused workspace people operate from, and a marketplace designed to effortlessly convert.

Working closely with the design and engineering team, I mapped where attention was breaking. Three patterns kept surfacing, all pointing to the same problem. The product needed a stronger center. One clear job. Then everything else organised around it.
Users navigating instead of being directed.
The workspace existed in pieces, but not as a clear surface for actually getting work done. Users were assembling concepts from disconnected information.
A landing page that explained tech over value.
Visitors got features before outcomes, too many buttons with no real lead, and complex tech before benefits. Conversion suffered and lead quality lacked intent.
A marketplace selling products before trust.
Agents were listed without enough context. No proof. No confidence. No clear path from "listing" to "this solves my problem".

I rebuilt PromptShop around a clearer hierarchy. Workspace first. Agents second. Settings as an additional layer, but the answers are already given, and no questions left to ask. Management dashboards followed. Instead of managing a range of agent tools, now just one AI agent does it all for you. It monitors the agents activity, business impact, outputs, and costs all in the one workspace. Using all the agent tools independently now feels easy, because it feels like one to the user.
In parallel, I led visual direction of the graphic designer and established the Figma foundations. Variables, components, styles, and systems the development team could build from without reopening design decisions every sprint.

Now the user doesn't even have to read a thing to know exactly what to do. The new landing experience leads with the outcome. What do I do here? Oh, I start typing. In the first glance of the site without scrolling, all three strategies that lead to conversion are covered. Build trust. Explain benefit. And one clear path to get users started.
The funnel itself was redesigned so that users didn't have to search for solutions to their problem, we gave them the answer. Reducing any friction between opening our website, and finding an agent.

PromptShop is still in development as the new direction rolls out across the platform. Early signals are strong. The team is shipping faster against shared foundations, and the rebuilt experience is already driving strong results.

The design system now carries the product forward. Future features land on the same foundations, the same components, and the same visual language instead of reinventing the experience every sprint.
